Our range includes naturally leavened sourdough loaves, bagels, olive oil rich focaccia used in our sandwiches, rustic ciabatta, and our artisan pizza dough made with biga pre-ferment for deeper flavour and better texture. No shortcuts. Just time, patience, and intention.
