Founder & Chef

Yingying Teo is the Founder, Managing Director, Chef & Pastry Creator at Doña Bakehouse. With six years of extensive experience in the F&B industry and a specialized focus on three years of bakery operations, she has honed her expertise across every aspect of running dynamic bakehouse operations across Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur.

Her passion for the craft of pastry-making is the driving force behind Doña Bakehouse’s distinctive offerings. Yingying takes a hands-on approach to her work, whether perfecting recipes, introducing innovative baking techniques, or ensuring every detail reflects her dedication to excellence. As a Managing Director, she combines her culinary vision with effective people management. She believes in fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture, empowering her team to learn, grow, and contribute to the bakehouse’s success.
